Kyle Steele

Graduating from New Jersey Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Kyle is an Engineer in Training (E.I.T.) with a passion for bridging the gap between advanced technology and practical field engineering. Proficient in 3D scanning technology, Computer-Aided Design (CAD), and a strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), Kyle provides precise and data-driven expertise for complex engineering challenges. He is a dedicated hands-on learner who thrives during site visits, actively supporting teams on project execution and cross-functional collaboration.
Sari Siyam
MECHANICAL ENGINEER, E.I.T.
Sari Siyam is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from the University of British Columbia with a focus on materials behavior and mechanical integrity. He is currently training in Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) methodologies, developing skills to evaluate equipment reliability and optimize inspection programs. Driven by curiosity and precision, Sari enjoys combining hands-on engineering with data-driven analysis to understand why materials fail and how to prevent it.
